The agreement between you (the gym owner) and Gym Assistant AI. Plain language, but binding.
Gym Assistant AI provides a white-label AI coach that runs on Telegram, trained on the content you upload. By creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
You retain ownership of the training programs, nutrition guides, and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the coach for your members. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
You are responsible for informing your members that they are interacting with an AI coach, and for obtaining any consent required under your local laws. The coach's answers are informational and not a substitute for professional medical advice — encourage members with health concerns to see a qualified professional.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Polar. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next billing cycle but doesn't refund the current period. LLM budgets are monthly caps — if usage exceeds your plan's included budget, the coach pauses until the next cycle or a top-up, rather than surprise-billing you.
You agree not to:
We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The coach depends on third-party infrastructure (Telegram, AI providers) that can occasionally experience outages outside our control.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on the coach's advice.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
