Privacy Policy

The short version

Gym owners create an account and upload their training materials. Their members chat with a branded coach on Telegram. We store what's needed to run the service and nothing more — no ad tracking, no selling data.

What we collect

• Gym owner accounts: name, email, password (hashed), and gym details you enter.
• Gym content: the training programs, nutrition guides, and documents you upload so the coach can answer from them.
• Member messages: the conversations members have with the coach, plus any details they share (goals, injuries, progress) so the coach can remember them.
• Usage data: basic analytics like login times and feature usage, to keep the service running and improve it.

How we use it

To provide the service — running your AI coach, remembering your members, and showing you the dashboard. We don't train public models on your content, and we never sell your data.

Sub-processors

We rely on these services to operate. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Agent37 — the AI infrastructure that runs your coach instance.
• Telegram — the messaging platform members chat on.
• Polar — payment processing for subscriptions.

Member data & your responsibility

Your members' conversations are private to each member — the coach never shares one member's details with another. As a gym owner, you control your members' access and can delete their data at any time from your dashboard. You are responsible for informing your members that an AI coach processes their messages.

Your rights

You can export or delete your gym's data at any time. Email us and we'll process the request within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your content and your members' conversation histories.
